Items are not eligible for returns after being shipped.

No refunds are granted for items shipped.

If an order is lost in shipping, a replacement will be sent out at no cost. Orders shown as “Delivered” via UPS/USPS/FEDEX/DHL (may vary by order) tracking will not be sent free replacements.

If an order arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent out at no cost. Please contact support@veroelectric.com and provide images of the damaged item if that is the case. No replacements will be provided if the damage is a result of user error.

In the event of an order cancellation before shipment, a full refund will be granted minus a 10% restocking fee applied to the final sale price of the item.

Late or missing refunds

Depending on where you purchased your item, the method by which you are sent your refund varies. For PayPal invoices, the refund will be sent through PayPal. For eBay invoices, your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your connected bank account or other payment method linked.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
