Reider McFeely, Founder & Lead Hardware Engineer

A lifelong advocate for sustainable energy, Reider’s passion for innovation began with an electric vehicle conversion he completed in high school. His hands-on experience inspired a career in battery technology, further honed through his studies in Electrical Engineering and Management at the University of Pennsylvania. Drawing on expertise in PCB design, design for manufacturing, and product strategy, Reider leads Vero Electric in creating advanced battery management solutions that drive the transition to a greener future.

Phillip Delikouras, Head of Sales

Phillip’s chemical engineering background, paired with his talent for simplifying complex concepts, allows him to connect cutting-edge battery management technology with real-world applications. His skill in fostering meaningful client relationships has been instrumental in expanding Vero Electric’s reach in the EV, energy storage, and battery diagnostics sectors. Phillip’s leadership bridges the technical and practical, ensuring innovative solutions resonate with industry partners and customers alike.

Yun Zheng, Lead Firmware Engineer

Drawing on his computer science education from the University of Pennsylvania, Yun is an expert in designing high-reliability embedded systems. His proficiency in computational mathematics is the foundation for the robust SOC and SOH algorithms that power Vero Electric’s solutions. As Lead Firmware Engineer, Yun has led the development of firmware for both the Vero Go platform and the upcoming Vero BMS Node, enabling Vero Electric to deliver industry-leading battery management solutions.

Maxwell Ye, Lead Front-End Engineer

Maxwell applies his strong computer science background to create intuitive and secure digital experiences at Vero Electric. As the architect of the Vero Go web app, he delivered a user-friendly interface for managing battery systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience. His expertise in secure database management safeguards the reliability of Vero Electric’s platforms, supporting the company’s mission to redefine energy management with innovative software solutions.
